Lunch & Learn Talks: A 45–60 minute talk on a nutrition topic tailored to your team, from energy and focus, to gut health, to fuelling for performance. Interactive, science-backed, and zero jargon. Perfect for all-hands sessions, wellbeing weeks, or team days. 4-Week Health Challenges: A structured team programme where employees work toward a new nutrition goal each week, building habits progressively over the month. Engaging, measurable, and designed to create lasting change rather than a one-off boost. Great for teams looking for something sustained beyond a single session. Workshops: Deeper, hands-on sessions of 90 minutes to half a day. Ideal for teams who want to go beyond the basics, covering topics like meal planning, reading nutrition labels, managing energy through the working day, or sports and performance nutrition. 1:1 Employee Coaching: Individual nutrition consultations for employees, either as a standalone benefit or as part of a wider wellbeing package.
